Local Green chapters from Denver and Adams-Jefferson counties are hosting an information booth at the 41st annual People’s Fair in Civic Park in Denver on Saturday and Sunday, June 2 and 3. One of Denver’s most popular summer events attracts visitors from around the metro area and Front Range, providing a unique opportunity for Green candidates to meet voters. The two local chapters have invited all Colorado candidates, who will appear on the ballot in the November election, to join us at our People’s Fair booth (N-38) from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Colorado’s 2012 candidates who were nominated at the 2012 Green Party of Colorado convention were:
– Art Goodtimes: Running for San Miguel County Commissioner
– Susan Hall: Running for US Congress in District 2
– Misha Luzov: Running for US Congress in District 5
– Karyna Lemus: Running for El Paso County Commissioner 2
– Steve Saint: Running for El Paso County Commissioner 4
– Steve Schechter: Running for Gunnison County Commissioner 1
– Victor Forsythe: Running for State Congress in District 5
– Gary Swing: Running for US Congress in District 1
