Bid to start “ranked” voting in Fort Collins falls short but will get another chance

Poudre Valley Green Eric Fried was quoted as follows:
“This last election cycle shows many voters are fed up with politics as usual and are seeking alternatives,” said Eric Fried, a petition drive organizer. “Colorado had a three-way split for governor, Senate races from Florida to Alaska featured more than two major candidates, and we suffered through a flood of outside money and negative advertising. We need a better way. Ranked voting is that way.”
